Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment
Orders received on a Thursday or Friday will only be despatched the following Monday.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays.
We make use of external, 3rd part courier services. The indicative turnaround time for local, South African deliveries to major cities and commercial hubs is 48 – 72 hours and up to 5 working days for “outlying” areas.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock shortages, shipments may be delayed by a few days and we will do our best to communicate any anticipated delays via email or telephone before your order is shipped.
