Firstly, we’re so very sorry if you have come to this page, angry or upset BUT we are unfortunately unable to accept the return and refund of the products which are sold on the Spatan website (https://spatan.africa/)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are however here to help and you will be able to get in contact with us here:
Due to the nature of our products – skincare – and the way in which our products are administered eg. by injection or nasally, unfortunately not able to authorise the return and refund of our products.
Whether or not the product has been used, we will not risk any contamination by accepting a return of product.
We hope that you will find the results you are looking for in one of our other products.
As we do not accept returns, we do not in-turn administer refunds.
Shipping is calculated on a local basis and products will often arrive nationally within 3-5 working days. However we would like to advise clients to be mindful of their location when accepting shipping timeframes. Location is everything and the more remote the location, the further you are from a major city such as Durban, Johannesburg or Cape Town, the longer your product might take to arrive
